Fat.
How am I supposed to know if I'm fat?

My BMI is on the lower side of normal, and my friends tell me I'm quite thin, and I eat healthily and do lots of exercise, and I'm reasonably happy with the way I look.

But my parents are constantly throwing in comments like 'You're not as slim as you used to be' and 'Maybe you should do some more exercise, you're looking a bit..y'know..'
My mother only actually called me fat once, but it's all the implications of the other things she says.

I lost nearly a stone last year, and she still carried on with the comments

How am I supposed to know that I'm too big?

If you feel it! It doesn't matter what people tell you. If you feel fat and feel that you could loose a couple of pounds then thats when you know your fat. Or you can go for BMI calculator, This will show if your height matches what your weight should be.

It only depends on you that what you feel if you feel that you are going to be fat you will really try some thing to avoid this but if even you dont think so than you dont care for others that what they are asking and keep eating which makes you big and bigger .So my advice is to is this that go beyond the mirror and see your self and feel that you are growing big than you will come to know that people were right and than you will try to lose your weight

The best way to recognize the fat when you pents or shirts is too tight think out that you become fat and other way is your friends tell you that you looks fat or the weight measurements....

Losing weight can be difficult or frustrating, especially when you are trying to lose weight around pesky trouble spots like the thighs and hips. It can be exasperating to perform hours of exercise in those problem areas and not see results.

my advice is to is this that go beyond the mirror and see your self. Exercise is essential for weight loss, Stay focused on being healthy, not on becoming thin, During a meal, stop eating before you feel full.Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods.

There are so many ways for that you know you are looks fat. First of all when you see in the mirror and you know that you looks fat or not. The first step is that just look on your stomach and your know that you looks fat or not. Sometime your friends or relatives tell you that you looks fat. You also check your weight regularly.

Well,Losing weight can be difficult or frustrating, especially when you are trying to lose weight around pesky trouble spots like the thighs and hips.Check the amount and type of oil and fat in the diet. Some people earn a lot of fat on the hips and thighs if they eat butter, ghee, cheese, milk and whey.
