How do you forget someone who made you so happy and yet you were the one who pushed them away? How do you move on from that? Its so difficult

It is not that easy to forget someone who was close to you it takes lot of years to forget them. One thing i suggest is you concentrate on your work then you may be able to do that job.

2.Gives more time to your friends.
3.Avoid the person.
4.Go out and see some different Places
5.Avoid every kind of romantic thing.
6.Do some shopping for you.

This one is very hard thing to do. Accept your real the fact that the there is no quick fix, which is a process to forget someone. Yes, this is the easiest thing, you must begin to accept, what you can do to make this second go injured. In particular, if you think you do not talk to any other person, because you really on who are the people who hurt you.

Busy yourself with other things and if you think about it, think only bad things. Conjure up all the errors and what irritated you about it, say to yourself, then why would not process and accept it for what it is.
