Hi,
as I must say, I have no ability to handle emotions. I have them, but I cannot tell you if I am jealous or angry or sad. I just dont know it.
I always wanted to be a kind of "Spock" the vulcan. I tried to be rational, to avoid emotions, always to think not to feel.
The result of my behavior ist that I still have emotions (well, Im not vulcan Cool and no idea what to do with them.
How can I learn to integrate them into my personality? Or at least to identify them?

Crying helps a lot. Trust me. Cry is scientific fact. When you cry, some chemicals come out in turn making you feel better. So cry your eyes out! itll make you feel at least slightly better.
