How to learn to handle emotions?
Hi,
as I must say, I have no ability to handle emotions. I have them, but I cannot tell you if I am jealous or angry or sad. I just dont know it.
I always wanted to be a kind of "Spock" the vulcan. I tried to be rational, to avoid emotions, always to think not to feel.
The result of my behavior ist that I still have emotions (well, Im not vulcan Cool and no idea what to do with them.
How can I learn to integrate them into my personality? Or at least to identify them?
thx

Crying helps a lot. Trust me. Cry is scientific fact. When you cry, some chemicals come out in turn making you feel better. So cry your eyes out! itll make you feel at least slightly better. Smile

Well,The best way is to understand your emotions as much experience as you can life. You not know if you like or hate something until you try it.As you experience more things, you will understand what you feel and why. It takes years to learn, but the more things you try in life sooner you learn about your emotions.

Crying is the best way to express your emotions. I think there is no any way to handle emotions. Because of emotions is looks like sea. They never stop. They feel from heart and express from eye or face.

My advice to you is, you have to work on your confidence, trust and long term much more important than air, a partner who is in need sucks the life out of a person.
