Maybe, he has reasons why he still not proposing to you yet. I don’t know his background but as a man proposing, he should be mature enough to face everything. Mature in all aspects of his life. Is he financially stable? Maybe that’s one reason. IMO, if there’s a man who truly loves you, whatever it takes he will find courage to propose to you no matter what, just to be with you. Try to tell him also that if that day comes, you will surely accept it. Initiate him that it’s ok with you, maybe he’s afraid be disappointed and not sure if you accept his proposal.
