Things that look angry...

I had heard a quote about the weather - "If it looks bad it is" and I wondered if maybe humans have evolved an innate sense of the weather as a survival mechanism.

Also, in reference to the Jack Jumper ant, I was going to suggest that maybe that things have "evolved" to look angry - and that humans and animals alike have similar templates as to what "angry" and "mean" looks like as opposed to "happy" or "benign".

In nature, bright colors often signifies dangerous because "I don't need to hide!"
