this is all hard to say. i don't know what's the matter with me, Ive been so much worse and right now everything is fine. on the outside at least. but not inside...i feel like a mess and, amongst other things, its messing up my sleep. things have been happening that i don't want to tell anyone about, and the only person i could speak to about them doesn't want to know miss the hugs most of all, they always made me feel better. i haven't s/h for ages now, and i don't want to again. but i hate feeling alone like this, even when am surrounded by lots of people.

What to do now is to succeed, put aside everything else, and clear the path for you, and go for the most amazing dream of a lifetime! What happened in the past, there is up to you to build their future. You have within you, just do not know now, everything is clouded by pain and depression.

Its a good idea to talk to someone.Life is always worth to live-remember that.U going through bad times at the moment and u probably feel like nothing will ever change.But trust me it will.

When you feel alone, it is normal to spend much time to dwell on all the things wrong in your life. Take a risk and step outside of yourself. Look around and see where other people for your help. Take the friend who has his own problems to lunch. Volunteer in a school. Go teach the computer to a senior center.

Hey man first of all thanks for sharing your problem. According to me it's the mental surface. Just not a big issue. You always think that you feel alone. It's a little symptoms of the depression. And this is not serious matter. There is a solution that always try to be happy.
